Can anyone suggest me a venture capatalist who can work with me for a Hotel/Motel project?

I want to buy a Hotel/Motel and need a venture capatalist to put the down payment on that .As such I have a very good credit history and want to quit my job and start a business but dont have the funds for the down payment .
