Can I get new $2 bills at the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank in Seattle?...?

I would like like a strap or two of new $2 bills, could I get them straight from the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank in Seattle? I live in Canada so I can't really order them from the bank. So if I go to the Reserve Bank downtown can I get them?
