Without having a securities license, can I execute trades in stocks, bonds, etc for my corporation...
a) if I am the sole stockholder?
b) if I've sold stock (a minority share)?
c) in a company that only exists to own other small, non publicly traded companies?
d) in a company that currently collects no other forms of income?
My concern was that using investments to boost revenues would require me to hold a securities license, especially if I represent the interests of other stockholders. It would make sense to me that I could overcome that obstacle by having an agreement with stockholders.
